Seven systems, running right now

Finished systems for work that has to be right.

Progress billing. Certificates of insurance. Certified payroll. Retail deductions. The work where a mistake does not cause an inconvenience — it stops a payment or starts an audit, and it is still being done in a spreadsheet that one person understands and everyone else is afraid of. Every system below is finished and live. Walk through one before you talk to anyone.

The systems

Each one has a five-minute written walkthrough on real data — what to open, what to look at, no call and no signup. The demo login is on the page when you get there.

Draw

Progress billing & lien waivers · specialty subcontractors

The G702 and continuation sheet carry forward from the last application, retainage calculates itself, and conditional and unconditional waivers are generated and tracked per party.

You know the draw is clean before you submit it — not after the general contractor calls.

Binder

Vendor insurance compliance · GCs, property & facilities

Certificates checked against your own contract requirements — limits, endorsement form numbers, waiver of subrogation, carrier rating — with a portal the vendor's broker fills in directly.

A certificate says in its own header that it confers no rights. The endorsement is what protects you, and it is the one thing an expiry-date column cannot see.

Prevail

Certified payroll · public-works contractors

Wage determinations applied per project and per week, fringe credits tested against the schedule, WH-347 with its statement of compliance, and a reviewer portal the prime opens without an account.

Apprentice ratios are tested per day, not averaged over the week. A crew that comes out right on Friday was still out of ratio on Tuesday — and each day is its own violation.

Recoup

Retail deduction recovery · brands selling into chains

Every deduction tested against paperwork you already have — the order against what shipped, the price in force on the order date, the authorised deal with its rate and cap, and the rest of the account for duplicates. Then it writes the dispute.

It concedes the part of the claim that was fair, so the whole dispute does not get refused on principle.

Wardline

Condo project eligibility · community association managers

On 3 August 2026 Limited Review was retired for established projects over ten units. Read the association’s own budget, reserve study and delinquency roster against the Fannie Mae Selling Guide — and get the number needed to clear each finding.

Every figure carries the file and page it came from, and the quote is checked against that page before the figure is used. A citation that does not check out is thrown out, not trusted.

Tideline

Repurchase obligation modelling · ESOP-owned companies

Every employee who retires has to be bought out in cash. Participant by participant, fifteen years out, under §409(o), §409(h) and §401(a)(28)(B) — with three funding strategies side by side and every dollar tracing to a person and a rule.

It re-runs itself on last year's data and compares that to what you actually paid. No study can tell you it was wrong. This one does.

Yardline

Availability & fleet economics · equipment rental yards

Instead of yes or no, ranked ways to say yes: free on your yard, free at the other one, a size up with the margin priced, or the same window a few days later — with the rate ladder worked out on every line.

The answer to "do you have one" is almost never no. It is four different yeses with different margins, and the phone gets the best one.

Also running

Finished and live, with a demo rather than a written walkthrough.

Lotpath

Lot traceability · food producers & distributors

Record what came in, what went out and what it became, then produce a full trace in minutes instead of reconstructing it from paperwork during a recall.

Postsale

Delivery portal · digital product sellers

Customers get one durable link to their files and licence keys instead of a buried email attachment, and updated versions reach every past buyer without a mailing list.

Try the arithmetic first, free

Three of these systems have a small version you can use right now — no account, no email, and nothing you type leaves your browser. They are the honest way to find out whether you need the finished thing.

Fringe credit & the overtime floor

Certified payroll · public-works contractors

Test one worker's week against the wage determination — then watch what closing a fringe gap with cash does to the overtime rate.

Progress billing & retainage

Payment applications · subcontractors & GCs

The nine lines worked out, with retainage held at different rates on completed work and stored material, and the step-down at substantial completion.

What a deduction really costs

Retail deductions · brands selling into chains

A deduction comes out of margin, not revenue. This prices the shipping needed to replace one — and finds the size below which disputing it loses money.

Open the calculator →

Condo reserve funding, 10% or 15%

Condo associations · managers & boards

The floor rises to 15% for applications dated on or after 4 January 2027. This checks a budget against the floor that applies on the application date — and against the reserve-study route most summaries miss.

Or sell one of them under your own name

For consultants, brokers and specialist firms already doing this work by hand.

From $5,000, once. One of the systems above arrives rebranded to your name and colours, installed on a domain you own, with the source — and no firm of your kind in the states you work in gets to sell the same thing. You already know what the problem costs, so there is no case to make: what you are buying is the hours you currently cannot bill turning into a service line you can. Each system is priced against what one end customer pays for a year of it, so the licence costs more for Draw at $7,500 than for one that lists lower.

Several of these send a portal link to somebody else — a general contractor, a vendor's insurance broker, a reviewer. Every one of those is a person seeing your firm's name on working software.

Who you are buying from

Worth knowing before you send money to someone you found in an email.

One person builds all of this, and it is me. Not an agency with a sales team and a delivery team, and nothing here is a reskinned template — every system on this page was written for its own industry, which is why the details in the walkthroughs are the ones a person in that trade recognises and a generic tool gets wrong.

The price is fixed before anything starts, against a written list of what is included and what is not. If something turns out to be harder than it looked, that is my problem, not a change order. I take one project at a time, which is the reason the delivery date is five days rather than a quarter.

Everything is in writing. Questions get a straight answer the same day — including "this is not the right fit for you", which is an answer I give often enough that it is worth putting on the page. You will have a record of every commitment rather than a recollection of a call.

You are not locked in. The instance is yours and dedicated. Hosting and nightly backups are included for the first thirty days; after that I keep it running for $99 a month, or I hand you the database, the source and the setup notes and you run it anywhere. Both doors stay open permanently — that is the point of paying once.

Why one price and not a subscription

The honest version, because it is the first thing a careful buyer asks.

1

The alternatives price per seat

The established tools in these categories bill monthly, per project or per certificate, on annual contracts — and the number grows with your business rather than with their costs.

2

These are narrow on purpose

A finished system for one job does not need a roadmap, a customer success team or a renewal cycle. Charging rent for it would be charging for a relationship you did not ask for.

3

So the incentive is delivery

I get paid when it works, once. That makes the first five days the whole business, which is exactly where you want a supplier's attention to be.

Tell me what you are still doing in a spreadsheet.

Send the problem and roughly what it should do. You will get a fixed price and a delivery date back — usually within a day — and a straight answer if I am not the right fit. If one of the systems above is already close, say which, and the reply will tell you exactly what would change for you.
