Refund Policy
Short version: the trial is free, and any first or annual payment can be refunded in full within 14 days.

The trial costs nothing
Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. We email you 3 days and 1 day before it ends. Cancel before the end and you are never charged.
14 days to change your mind after you are charged
If you ask within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, or within 14 days of any annual payment (including an annual renewal), you get a full refund. No reason needed.
Monthly renewals
Monthly renewals after the first payment are not refunded. Cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
If we remove something you rely on
If we change a product in a way that removes something material to how you use it, you can cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused part of a prepaid period.
How to ask
Email hamza@tekinworks.com from the address on the account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our reseller, to the payment method you used, and normally arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your records after a refund
A refund cancels the subscription. Your records stay readable and exportable, exactly as after any cancellation; see section 8 of the Terms.
