Terms of Service
The agreement between your business and Tekin Works when you use one of the products.
Last updated 6 October 2026.
1. Who you are dealing with
Tekin Works is the trading name of Hamza Tekin, a sole proprietor based in Istanbul, Türkiye. In these terms “Tekin Works”, “we” and “us” mean that business, and “you” means the business that opens the account. Contact: hamza@tekinworks.com.
2. Who takes your payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s own buyer terms apply to the purchase itself; these terms apply to your use of the software.
3. What we provide
Each product is web software you use through your own account, on a monthly or annual subscription:
- Wardline reads condominium association documents and reports findings against the Fannie Mae Selling Guide. It does not certify a project, does not complete or sign Form 1076 and is not a lender warranty. Documents are read through an Anthropic API key that you supply; that use is between you and Anthropic and is billed to your Anthropic account.
- Draw prepares progress billing (AIA-style pay applications) and tracks lien waivers. Waiver forms are templates. It does not tell you which form your state requires for a given payment, and it is not legal advice.
- Prevail checks certified payrolls against the wage determinations you enter and produces the federal WH-347. It does not file on your behalf, does not decide worker classifications, and does not replace your own review before you sign the certification.
- Binder checks certificates of insurance against your contract requirements. A certificate is evidence, not verification: it cannot confirm a policy is in force, and it is not insurance advice.
- Recoup assesses retailer deductions and drafts disputes. It does not file disputes in retailer portals, and whether to dispute is your decision.
- Lotpath keeps FSMA 204 (21 CFR Part 1, Subpart S) traceability records and produces the sortable export. It does not decide which of your foods are on the Food Traceability List and does not communicate with the FDA for you.
- Yardline shows rental equipment availability and fleet economics. It does not invoice or take payments.
- Tideline projects ESOP repurchase obligations from your census and appraisal history. It never values your stock, issues no actuarial opinion, and does not recommend a funding strategy.
The products are built for business use. You must be able to bind the business you sign up for, and the information you give us must be accurate. You are responsible for everything done under your login, for keeping your password private, and for the people you invite to your account.
4. Professional judgement stays with you
Every product produces findings, calculations and draft documents from the information you enter or upload. None of them is legal, tax, insurance, actuarial or accounting advice, none of them certifies anything, and none of them files or submits anything on your behalf. You decide what to sign, send, pay or dispute. Check the output before you rely on it, in the same way you would check work prepared by a member of staff. Each product’s page has a section headed “What it does not do”; it forms part of the description of what you are buying.
5. Free trial
Each subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. To start it you verify your email address and enter a payment method at checkout. We email you 3 days and again 1 day before the trial ends, with the amount and the date of the first charge. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged anything.
6. Billing, renewal and price changes
After the trial, Paddle charges the price shown at checkout, then renews the subscription at the end of each monthly or annual period until you cancel. Paddle calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies. If we change a price, we email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
8. Your data
What you put into a product remains yours. We use it only to run the product for you, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can export your records on every plan. If your subscription ends or a payment fails, only new work stops: the records you already have stay readable and exportable, and links you have shared keep working. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and its data; we do so within 30 days, and backups containing it roll off within a further 30 days.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the products to break the law, to process data you have no right to process, to try to reach another customer’s account, to probe or overload the service, or to resell access to the software itself. We may suspend an account that does any of these, and will tell you why.
10. Third-party services
Some features depend on services you contract with directly — for example, Wardline reads documents through an Anthropic API key that you supply. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and their charges are billed to you by them.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the products available and to fix faults promptly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; if a change removes something material to how you use a product, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused part of a prepaid period.
12. Warranty and liability
The products are provided as they are described on their pages, and otherwise without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising from these terms or the products is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account holders at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use a product after that date means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you a right that cannot be excluded.
